A:?No. I have had good opportunities and been able to realize successes from these; however, the journey is far from over.

A: Being able to extract the best from the talent I lead and manage across my various business ventures.

A: It would have to be achieving the perfect balance between work and personal life.

A: Enjoying the returns of the hard work that I have invested in my businesses, and looking back on my personal and professional life with satisfaction and no regrets.

A:?Listening to a wide variety of music whenever I have a chance.

A:?Any type of pasta and I love a good lamb chop.

A:?Most likely at home relaxing after a busy week.

A: People not making the best of their God-given talents to improve their own lives or the lives of others around them.
Q: What is your guiding philosophy?
A: Put your best foot forward in everything you do and give freely of your time to others.
Q: If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
A:?So many things, but it’s just one day so . . . I believe I would try to show Barbadians how valuable they are as people individually and collectively to our country, and that if we all come together, there is nothing we can’t achieve. The mission would be to improve our efficiency, facilitation and productivity as a country.
