The benefits of apple cider vinegar

After this Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a sponge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth. When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. (John 19:28-30)

“It is finished” is a phrase I use as I progress through my experiences and apple cider vinegar always comes in handy. The transformation through those experiences is often laced with many challenges. These challenges often shape us into enlightened and empowered persons.
I was often confused when I was faced with people who made several attempts to crucify my natural hair. They believe that their opinions were right. However, the literature shows that natural hair is healthier once well maintained.
Ignoring negative comments and digging deeper into myself, I discovered that those persons were locked in a mental prison called “self-hate with the absence of knowing that we are divine originals”. Those experiences caused me to discover who I am. I am very compassionate. I now ignore the many unqualified self-made judges of my life.
Last week, I watched closely as the words corruption, lies, angry, brutal, missing, apologies, strikes, robberies, cancellation, disrespectful, failure, shooting, misrepresentation, misinformation, threats and deceit loomed in the atmosphere of Barbados.
These words brought memories of the Crucifixion into my focus. Thus the Creator revealed silent doctor vinegar.
This silent doctor can cleanse us as we progress through this political and economic period. Apple cider vinegar is made from silent doctor apples. It is loaded with several essential nutrients including potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Research indicates that apple cider vinegar (unfiltered, with the Mother) can assist with the following challenges.
It conditions the hair and treats dandruff.  It can assist sinus infections, high cholesterol, acne, muscle fatigue, constipation, arthritis, cellulite, gout, bladder stones, yeast infections, age spots, body odour, weight loss, insect bites, sunburns, diabetes, cramps, colds/coughs, indigestion, warts, ear infections, hiccups and food craving.
It can also assist with strengthening the immune system, maintaining cardiovascular health and increasing stamina.
In conclusion, as we go through this rough, angry period it is important to avoid confrontations.
These confrontations will erode our good health and cause health challenge to emerge. Therefore, it is imperative to find time to focus on good health and the benefits of silent doctors. Happy Errol Barrow Day!
