Two on remand

Dario Devon Drayton, 21, alias “Scooby” of Gittens Road, Government Hill, St Michael, was remanded to prison after appearing in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday on 25 charges.
Drayton was arrested and charged with nine counts of robbery; 12 counts of burglary (one of a Wildey Gardens house in which he was caught); and one count each of using a firearm, serious bodily harm, disorderly behaviour and theft.
Drayton pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in which he was jointly charged with 25-year-old Shamar Jamal Marshall of Bonnetts Housing Area, Brittons Hill, St Michael, leaving one other burglary charge against them still outstanding.
They were both remanded until May 7.
