Bajan culinary crew prepares for Miami

The Barbados team for this year’s Taste of the Caribbean culinary competition yesterday had their first practice event – a gourmet lunch served to select hospitality industry officials, sponsors and paying patrons at Hilton Barbados.
The three-course lunch was the first in a series of gourmet lunches and dinners which the six-member team will serve from creative menus fashioned to showcase Barbadian culinary excellence, as they prepare for the June 26 to June 30 event at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Miami.
