Barbadians pay tribute to Sir Richard Haynes

Condolences have been pouring in from Barbadians today after learning of the death of Sir Richard Haynes.
Haynes, 77, died this afternoon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
A former parliamentarian, Minister of Finance and Opposition Leader, Haynes was also the founder of the National Democratic Party (NDP).
