Customer service in Barbados and the rest of the region is in need of a re-evaluation and upgrade.
That is according to Ravi Tewari, group president of life, health and pension at Guardian Group, who noted that customers were becoming more demanding when it came to insurance.
He made the comments while responding to questions from members of the media yesterday following the official rebranding and logo unveiling at the company’s Enfield House, Upper Collymore Rock location.
The rebranding means the Guardian Holdings Group of companies across the region, including the Barbados operation, will now trade under the name Guardian Group. (MM)
