A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER is urging Government to have building audits.
The appeal for the safety measure comes from Grenville Phillips II against a background of a thrust towards more high-rise residential buildings.

“It’s the Government’s role to regulate buildings . . . . Audits should be done of designs and construction,” Phillips advised.
