Delano Renaldo Walcott, age 24 of no fixed place of abode, was charged for one case of burglary in relation to media coverage, where Lekeisha Pile of Scarborough reported that on Monday 9 September 2013, she had found a man asleep in her home, who had broken in.
Walcott, who was subsequently arrested, was in the habit of visiting the residence. He would have done this on more than one occasion.
Also Walcott has the following additional charge — two counts of burglary, and one count of burglary with intent. These offences occurred in May and August of 2013 in the Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church area.
He is expected to appear at court later today.
