Tiffany Durant, age 20 of Inch Marlow, Christ Church was arrested and charged on Sunday 22 September, 2013, by members of the Drug Squad for possession of 2.2 kilos of cocaine; possession with intent to supply; trafficking; and importation.
On Sunday 22 September 2013, Durant arrived by air from Trinidad and on clearing Immigration, she was interviewed by Drug Squad personnel. She was referred to Customs, where a search of her suitcase revealed a false compartment which contained 2.2 kilos of cocaine; she was subsequently charged.
Tiffany Durant is expected to appear at the District B Magistrate Court later today.
