Armstrong Agencies Limited, in association with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and Starcom Network Inc,  launched the Tang Break promotion at Sharon Primary yesterday.
Popular calypsonian Red Plastic Bag (RPB), who will be giving motivational talks at the 60 schools involved, advised the students to “stay away from drugs, focus on your goals, follow your dreams, be prepared to work hard and be the best you can be.”
The children were later quizzed on RPB’s presentation.
In the promotion, pupils of the participating schools will be asked to write a poem on how the motivational talks affected them. The best poem from each school will be chosen and entered into a draw at the end of each school term, and the winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
After yesterday’s launch the pupils of Sharon Primary were given samples of Tang. Armstrong Agencies assists with the school’s breakfast programme. (RL)
