Not many people know how to find answers in the blood.
At least, that is the case in Barbados. But Dr Sharon Parris-Boyce has that special ability.
With just one drop of blood she can tell an individual of any ills or abnormalities going on in his or her body.
When she finds the answers, she has the ability to take her clients through a health and healing process.
“In just one drop of blood, we can view all of these 5 000 cells and actually see what is going on in the body as a result of the choices we make every day in eating and drinking. We can actually do something about it and turn it around,” she told the MIDWEEK NATION during a recent interview.
Going through how the process of finding answers in the blood works, Parris-Boyce, who studied dark field and microscopy blood analysis in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, explained that blood samples are taken from two fingers: the middle and ring finger. The blood is then placed on a laboratory microscope slide and a live analysis begins.
During the analysis, she noted that what is going on in the body is shown.
“I can see inflammation, systemic stress, if there is bowel toxicity, or any over-proliferation of parasites and bacteria. I can see if you are having calcium loss, imbalance problems, antioxidant deficiencies. Sometimes we can detect and see if the person has any injuries. From [an] inflammation I can tell you where you are feeling pain . . . ,” she explained.
The client is also actively involved.
“It is not that I am doing it behind the scene and coming back and telling them and they have to swallow and take my word. You see on screen what is going on on the monitor and I point out and explain everything to you. We go through what is found in the blood together and decide what to do with it.”
She said some clients were often amazed at what was going on in their blood. Many often indicate to the specialist that she was “kidding” or “if it is a husband and wife, they would say, ‘I can’t believe she actually picked that up, I didn’t tell her anything’”.
The next step is finding out what treatment should be taken if they want to bring the body to a balanced state.
“I do not deal with medication. Anything I deal with is natural, from your own garden, such as greens or herbs. In this cost economy now, we have to look at ways to help people’s pockets,” said Parris-Boyce, who went into the speciality as a result of her deceased grandmother who suffered for years from the effects of diabetes.
“A few of my clients are cancer clients. I only had two who had AIDS, and so far the hospital is not detecting AIDS in their system anymore because of a product we have used on them. It normally helps to rebalance the body, also raising your immune system to where it is in balance.
“AIDS only attacks when the immune system is low . . . . If you balance your immune system and change the cells, oxygenating the body and stuff, it means you have a better chance of your system fighting the virus or any bacteria or parasites in the system.”
And while the 40-year-old mother of three encounters clients with various illnesses, and may choose to seek the assistance of other practitioners, her greatest satisfaction is taking those who allow her, through a healing process.
“If you see someone has a situation going on in their body and they tell you they had it for a certain amount of time and nothing can be done, you start dealing with that person. They call you [one] morning and tell you that they feel so good.
“Or they tell you, ‘I stopped taking my medication for this amount of time and you know what – I don’t miss it’,” the former Combermere student said.
