Culpepper comeback

More than a year after controversy threatened to derail it, the multi-million-dollar Beach Houses at Culpepper residential project has bounced back.
The first unit being built by a team led by Crane Residential Resort owner Paul Doyle is nearing completion. Last week, Doyle and company reported growing interest from foreign buyers. They also announced additional steps to protect the picturesque site overlooking Skeete’s Bay and Culpepper Island from environmental harm.
