Police: Gone in 27 seconds

POLICE?say it took them 27 seconds to leave the Oistins Police Station when Kameshia Tull ran in last Friday night to report that a man was attacking her mother.
This was contained in a statement police have issued disputing Tull’s claim that no police officers moved when she ran into the station screaming for help. Her mother, Linda Tull, was discovered dead in her car that was parked close to the station.
It said Acting Commissioner of Police Tyrone Griffith had ordered an investigation into the statement and accusations.
The 21-year-old had told Tuesday’s DAILY?NATION?that she went into the station pleading for help but no officers moved until she started to swear. She estimated that she was in the station for about ten minutes.
