WEST INDIES bounced back today, beating Ireland by 11 runs at Sabina Park, Jamaica, in the second T20 cricket match.
After limping to 96 for nine in their 20 overs – Andre Fletcher topscored with 19 – the West Indies limited Ireland to 85 for eight.
Captain Darren Sammy took three wickets for 22 runs.
West Indies lost the first match by 64 runs. This victory ended a five-match losing streak for the world champions.
The final match in the series will be a One-Day International on Sunday.
