Nadine ‘vedges’ out

Barbados is unlikely to have many companies headed by young food scientists, but Nadine Benn-Greaves, owner of Vedge-Out Food Products, is in that position.    
With the support of loved ones, the small businesswoman established the company more than a year ago and is now producing and marketing a line of baking mixes. Here, Benn-Greaves demonstrates a part of the packaging process.
