IT?WAS?again time to sing as hundreds of hymn lovers converged on the St Mary’s Anglican Church for the annual Gospelfest Hymnspeak last night.
Organisers clearly have hit on omething that has resonated with a cross section of Barbadians evidenced by the size of the congregation – its members overflowing into the corridors and at the main entrance of the historic City church.
As usual, musical director Mikie Roberts took the mass choir and the worshippers through a diverse set of rhythms all with an aim of singing praises to God during the two hour production themed O Perfect Love. (JS)
