We will bring you the sights, sounds and songs as the Sweetest Summer Festival, Crop Over 2014, gets into full swing in The City.
We’ll be visiting the Crop Over Urban Fair, touching Broad Street, Jubilee Gardens, Beckwith Taxi Stand, MC Gregor Street and Milk Market as well as Parliament Yard where there will be a Children’s Zone.
The Heritage Parade starts at 2 p.m. or so at the General Post Office, Cheapside and proceeds up Broad Street to Heroes Square where the main stage is set up.
This will be followed by the Ceremonial Delivery of the Last Canes where a tribute will be paid to the late Granville Williams, Patriarch of the Sons of God Apostolic Church.
