Air Canada president for BHTA meeting

MICHAEL FRIISDAHL will be the featured speaker at the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association’s (BHTA) final general meeting for 2014.

Friisdahl, the President and Chief Executive Officer – Air Canada Leisure, will speak on the topic ‘A Special Relationship: Celebrating the 65-year collaboration between Barbados, Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations’.

The Regional Business Systems-sponsored meeting takes place on Wednesday at 10 a.m., at Hilton Barbados Resort.

Executive Vice-President of the Association, Sue Springer, explained that Air Canada was celebrating 65-years of service to Barbados and this was the perfect opportunity to celebrate this milestone and to also get an overview of the airline’s plans for Barbados going forward.

During the meeting sponsors Regional Business Systems will make a presentation titled “New Solutions – New Innovations, Springer will give the administrative review on the last quarter and President of the Association Sunil Chatrani will make brief remarks.  (PR)
