ATLANTA (AP) – Entertainer Usher is seeking a restraining order against a woman he says stalked him and attempted to extort money.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the Grammy Award-winning singer filed a petition asking the Fulton County Superior Court asking the court to prevent Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw from harassing him at home and on tour.

The court in 2012 granted the singer a 12-month protective order against Jones-Rakestraw after she was arrested for trespassing at Usher’s Johns Creek home.

Attorneys for the singer wrote in the court filling that Jones-Rakestraw called the singer’s attorney demanding money and told members of his security team that she planned to follow him on tour.
