HUNDREDS of Seventh-day Adventists gathered at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex on Saturday to claim Barbados for Christ.

In an all-day event that brought together Adventists from churches around the island, guest preacher Pastor Dr Clifford Jones, who is president of the Lake Region Conference, United States, told those gathered that a shaky foundation made for a shaky building.

Using the Leaning Tower of Pisa as a reference, he said the substructure of any edifice was just as important as the superstructure.
