Youth: Hurry up with my tax refund

DAMIAN THOMPSON is a frustrated young man.

And it’s all because he, like many other taxpayers, cannot get his income tax refunds from Government.

He is also disappointed that the refunds promised over and over have not been realised.

Thompson who works as a labourer at a construction company transfering cement on and off ships, said he is stuck with his expenses and needs the money to meet daily expenses.

The 28-year old man decided to express his frustration to the DAILY NATION after he went to the Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) yesterday and did not sense he would get his money soon. (JS)
