THE THREE MEN, including a special constable, who were remanded last Thursday on drug charges, were each granted $35 000 bail today.
Constable Jimmy Thorne was granted bail with a surety – namely his 80-year-old grandmother – while his brother Jamal Thorne had two sureties of $17 500 each, and Ross Ashton had one surety.
They must surrender travel documents and report to the nearest police station twice weekly.
The case has been adjourned to April 27. (Coastline Communication)
