Rockley champ looks to Miami

FOLLOWING HER WIN in the 2015 Rockley Golf Open, women’s champion Lynn deCambra-Mcleod is aiming to take her form to Miami, Florida, for a major tournament.

She is listed among a group of six female players from Barbados, scheduled to compete in the 20th Caribbean Classic which is being played at the renovated Trump National Course, at Doral, from May 27 to 31.

The event, which features both male and female competitors, is hosted by the Caribbean Golf Association and open to all Caribbean players.

“I’m looking forward to playing in the Caribbean Classic. A number of our female players are going to Miami and I think it is going to be an exciting experience,” said deCambra-Mcleod. (BB)
