BARBADOS as a small developing nation cannot afford to provide all the free social services that are being offered currently.

So said Attorney General and parliamentary representative for St Philip South Adriel Brathwaite, as he made his contribution to the 2015-2016 Estimates in the House earlier today.

The Queen’s Counsel said that Democratic Labour Party does not have to apologise for the position it holds and he accused the Barbados Labour Party of not admitting publicly that the time for free unbridled social benefits had long gone. (JS)
