BARBADIAN JOCKEY Patrick Husbands dominated the tenth day of the Arima Racing Club’s season at Santa Rosa Park in Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday, winning three of his six rides on the nine-race card.
Husbands, winner of four Barbados Gold Cups and seven Canadian Sovereign Awards, was warming up for his imminent return to Canada where he will defend the Woodbine jockeys’ title.

Chadee recently replenished his stock by purchasing several horses, all bred in Barbados, at the Barbados Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association Sale at the Garrison Savannah. (LY)
