Live streaming of CARICOM-US summit in Jamaica

MEMBERS OF THE public can view the opening of the CARICOM-US Summit, which takes place on Thursday, April 9, in Jamaica at 1 p.m. (Eastern Caribbean Time), via a live online stream.

Persons may visit the Barbados Government Information Service’s website at www.gisbarbados.gov.bb, and click on the relevant banner. They will then be directed to the website streaming the event.

At the Summit, Prime Minister Freundel Stuart will join other CARICOM Heads of Government for a meeting with President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, where they will discuss critical issues of interest to the two sides, including competitiveness. (BGIS)
