BRADLEY PILGRIM sent a clear warning that he is back and ready to regain the top spots in both the singles and doubles categories on Wednesday’s penultimate night of the Barbados Badminton Association’s Senior National Championship at the Wildey Gymnasium.

Last July, the diminutive Pilgrim was forced to retire hurt during his singles encounter and in his first tournament back from injury, he has advanced to the final of both divisions.

In the semi-final against his doubles partner Dakeil Thorpe, Pilgrim won comfortably 19-21, 24-22, 21-13 to set up a rematch of last year’s singles final against defending champion Andre Padmore, who defeated double triple crown junior champion Shae Martin 21-14, 21-9.
