BUDGET DAY IS JUNE 15.
That is when Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler will present the Financial Statement and Budgetary proposals.
The announcement was made by Leader of the House, John Boyce at the end of today’s sitting of Parliament.
Debate was held on amendments to the Land Tax Act and the Customs Act.
The House also passed a resolution to vest the Crown land on Bay Street, St Michael that formerly was the site of the Fish Market in the Barbados Tourism Investment Inc. for Tourism Development. (AB)
