Waste haulers meet with Lowe

AFTER MORE THAN three hours of talks with Government officials, the waste haulers and movers are continuing with their protest against the tipping fee.

When they emerged from the marathon meeting with Minister of the Environment Denis Lowe this afternoon, spokesman Charles Read reported that some workable suggestions were put on the table, and that they were preparing to go into another meeting with their members this afternoon to discuss the options.  (YB)
