Autopsy delay

A FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST will be flown into Barbados  to supervise the autopsy  on the body of Shemar Weekes, the 12-year-old who was found hanging last Thursday.

This was confirmed yesterday by Mark Thompson, Assistant Commissioner of Police responsible for crime management and investigation.

He revealed that the  post-mortem, which was suspended about 90 minutes after it began on Monday,  would now be conducted “closer to the end of the month”.
