THE Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) has relaxed its position to pave the way for a return by school teams to local competitions this weekend.
But the Barbados Association of Principals of Public Secondary Schools (BAPPSS) is still not completely satisfied.
After last weekend’s boycott by BAPPSS that resulted in close to 20 matches failing to get off the ground on the opening day of the season, the BCA discussed the matter at length at a board meeting on Monday night and made amendments to its rules in an effort to bring an end to the impasse.
