A SPECIAL CONSTABLE is claiming that he is being harassed by police officers who want to pin a money laundering charge on him.

Jimmy Thorne,  who is already facing two charges before the court  – for drug offences and perverting the course  of justice – told the SUNDAY SUN yesterday that the police now wanted to add a third.
