SEEMS JEREMY GILL won’t be on a minutes restriction.
Not a strict one anyway.
Barbados head coach Nigel Lloyd said he would be playing it by ear with his national captain, but still intended to monitor the minutes Gill plays at these Caribbean Basketball Confederations’ Championships in light of his recent knee injury.
“Obviously, we’re trying to win games, so we may limit his minutes but it will come within reason of the game’s situation,” explained Lloyd.
“It’s going to be about the time, pace and how the games are playing. I mean, we want to go uptempo but we won’t go uptempo to the detriment of the team.
