Third man charged in connection with drug discovery

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged a third man in connection with the discovery of about 145 pounds of cannabis on June 17.

Fabian Alyson Alcindor Bryan, 36, of Seaview, St James appeared in court on Monday charged with possession of cannabis, trafficking and possession with intent to supply.

Police say they intercepted a motorcar which was allegedly driven by Bryan at St Bernard’s Village, St Joseph and he got out and escaped. A search of the car resulted in the discovery of the drugs.

Wade Cortez Hope, 37, of Lodge Terrace, St Michael and Jabarry Ashanti Clarke, 25, of Sobers Lane, Tudor Street, St Michael have also been charged in connection with the discovery. (PR/NB)
