PERMIT ME to ask the Freundel Stuart administration this question: When will I receive my income tax? It was promised in June. Where is it?
Can I owe this administration my land tax, road tax, NIS fees and all the other taxes you have imposed on me? I have bills to pay and a family of six, including myself, to maintain. This is not fair.
I also hold the view that if this administration has seen it fit to send home people from the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation who have reached the age of 60, then the Prime Minister, Governor General, permanent secretaries and those holding high posts in Government who are 60 years old and over should be sent home.
Case closed!
This current administration is not playing fair and the unions cannot sit back and fail to represent the people. If talks don’t work, then action will serve.
Power to the people!
I am ready to march against this administration too, because something must be done.
