WHAT DID NOT happen in 32 years came together in William Classic Waithe’s favour in just under six hours at the MQI Pic-O-De-Crop Finals early yesterday morning.
In what is a perfect example of the old adage that perseverance seldom fails, Classic walked away from Kensington Oval as calypso monarch after amassing 98 points.
