TUITION FEES AT THE Hugh Wooding Law School for the upcoming 2015 to 2016 year have increased by 41 per cent for Barbadian students.
Prospective and current local students attending the St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago  based school are now required to pay a total of TT$18 608.97 (BDS $6 202.99), which also includes compulsory fees. This is an increase from last year’s TT$13 620 (BDS $4 540).
While compulsory fees have decreased to TT$570 (TT$1 120 last year), tuition fees have increased across the board.
Students from Dominica, St Lucia and St Vincent & the Grenadines will now pay TT $90 764.87 or EC $38 711.75. Those from Guyana will pay a similar fee or GUY $2 970 807.51.
Students from Grenada and Trinidad and Tobago will pay less, TT$18 608.97 and TT$13 070.00, respectively. (TSG)
