FAMILY, FRIENDS and well-wishers paid tribute yesterday to schoolteacher Dwight Holder who was killed by a bullet while at the corner of Longford Place and Bedford Land, Bush Hall, St Michael on August 6.
Those attending the vigil included representatives from the Barbados Union of Teachers, the political parties and the Royal Barbados Police Force.
Holder, 30, a teacher at Half Moon Fort Primary School, was visiting relatives in the area when he met an untimely death.
Six young men subsequently appeared before the Courts and charged for his death.
Holder will be laid to rest today. (JS)
