I HAVE BEEN friends with a guy for the past year. I am 18 and he is 23 years old.
During that time we got really close to each other and everything appeared to be going well, until a few months ago when his regular visits ceased. He scarcely comes to visit and I am wondering if he really cares. When he comes, it seems as though he just wants to have sex.
Christine, we have not had any arguments. I asked him if things are still okay between us and he said yes. If that is the case, why has he been distancing himself from me? Is this how it is supposed to be?

I cannot say for sure whether this young man loves you or does not love you. Maybe you can prove his love for you by stop allowing him to use your body the way he does. You’ll soon know the answer to your question.
