REPRESENTATIVES FROM key agencies in the Caribbean are meeting in Barbados to discuss matters relating to sustainable development in the Caribbean.
The three-day meeting got under way at Hilton Barbados this morning, and will give participants the opportunity to discuss and review strategies and objectives on issues such as sexual and reproductive health, climate change, changing population dynamics and high youth unemployment.
The talks come ahead of the second Regional Conference on Population and Development in Mexico from October 6 to 9. (YB)
