BARBADOS BASKETBALL sure is happy to have the NBA here.

The NBA just may be happier.

Associate director for international operations, Chris Clunie is all too pleased that the NBA has decided to spread its roots into the region after explaining that the Digicel Jumpstart Basketball Clinics  fit right into the association’s goal of global development.

Clunie made the comment during yesterday’s start to the three-day series, which opened outside the Wildey Gymnasium with a coaching clinic.
