THERE IS an increase in gun-related incidents reported at Crime Stoppers Barbados.
This was confirmed by executive director of Crime Stoppers Barbados, Devrol Dupigny, who said that while he did not have the exact statistics at hand, more reports and tips were being called in.
“Over the past few months we have seen an increase in the number of tips that have been coming into Crime Stoppers relating to gun-related incidences, whether it be shootings or possession of illegal firearms . . . ,” he said.
