BARBADOS WORKERS UNION general secretary Toni Moore is happy the Employment Rights Tribunal will finally meet to hear the case of retrenched National Conservation Commission (NCC).

Moore said the landmark case should settle the issue for almost 200 former NCC workers who were dismissed in April last year. However, only 80 have waited to go before the Tribunal.

The case will be heard from September 30 to October 2 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. The public is invited to attend.
