CHARMAINE HOPE is giving thanks to God today.

The Holders Hill, St James woman is singing the praises of the Almighty for sparing her life after escaping injury when a large flamboyant tree fell on her house yesterday morning.

“I had just left the patio cleaning and went inside the house, and all of a sudden I heard something like it cracking,” she told the DAILY NATION.

“The ‘spirit’ told me to just run and go to the back, and that is when the tree came crashing down on the front of the house, damaging the patio and the step.”
