THE NATIONAL CULTURAL Foundation’s (NCF) Drive-a-Thon, held last Saturday, was deemed a resounding success.

NCF staff and volunteers, as well as a number of entertainers, took to the streets across the island in an effort to collect goods for storm-ravaged Dominica.
