Bajans swarm Miami carnival

The Barbadian presence was undeniable on the streets of Miami yesterday as hundreds of Bajans supported the Miami Broward One Carnival in a big way. 

There were revellers who live in that that southern part of the United States and others who travelled from these shores in order to participate in the festivities.

And one Bajan who has had the Carnival Day bug for a long time was Nicole Harris, a representative of the band entitled Bajan Fuh Evah (BFE). 

She told DAILY NATION that she has been jumping in the 30-year carnival for over 12 years.
