THE STUDENTS OF Charles F. Broome Memorial Primary School were today graced with the presence of Governor General Sir Elliott Belgrave and they took full advantage of the opportunity.
The head of state supplied the students with lifelong advice and in exchange, he was treated to fine entertainment.
His first official visit to the Government Hill, St Michael institution included mingling with the little ones who asked about his post and its requirements.
During his brief remarks Sir Elliott told the children to keep away from bad company and to read as much as possible so as to become knowledgeable individuals. (MR)
