TEARS FELL FREELY from the faces of several grieving family members during a healing service held at Restoration Ministries International today.

Pastor of the Brittons Hill, St Michael church, Senator David Durant said the service was aimed at bestowing a sense of hope to mourning relatives who suffered loss recently and encouraged them to form a support group to help each other cope over time.

During a special altar call, the C.E.O and founder of Mount Zion Missions Dr Lucille Baird, pastor of the Church of Nazarene David Holder and pastor of Kingdom Life Assembly Selwyn Brathwaite prayed for and laid their hands on the mothers, fathers and children of the affected families.

The church’s worship team set the tone with songs such as My Hope Is In The Lord and Break Every Chain.

Testimonies of personal grievance were given by Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite and Reverend John Carter of Messiahs House Wesleyan Holiness Church. (LT)
