CHRISTOPHER HAYWOOD and Justin Corbin are among three newcomers facing the starter in tomorrow’s Nassco November Safari – the final round of the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) Chefette MudDogs Safari & Safari Novice Championship.

They will be in the Courtesy Garage & Rent a Car/ZNA/Tropical Battery/Windforce Tyres ZNA Rich, a Chinese-built truck, which will be seeing action in Barbados for the time.

Haywood said he is looking forward to the event even though it’s the curtain event, but he and his navigator are using it a stepping stone for the new season.

“It would be the first for us but we have put in some seat time and will be cautious and respond the challenges as they present themselves,” Haywood noted.
