THE CONTROVERSIAL BIDDING WAR for control of Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) is now all but certain to head into the new year unresolved.

Barbados’ Court of Appeal has scheduled December 1, 2, and 3 as the dates it will consider an ANSA McAL application for an interim injunction halting its BHL takeover battle against AmBev and suspending trading of the local beverage company’s shares on the Barbados Stock Exchange (BSE).
